Bay View Villa is a beautiful stylish villa built on a hillside between the town of Agios Nikolaos and the famous resort of Elounda. The villa consists of three bedrooms, spacious well equipped interiors, a private swimming pool and a wonderful lawn garden.Its main advantage though, is its privileged location that offers stunning views of the Mirabello bay, the Sitia Mountains and the town of Agios Nikolaos.
The ground level has access to the garden and pool. The entrance leads to an open plan area with a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a utility room. The living room and dining room have big windows that allow the sunlight in the house and offer unobstructed views of the sea.The upper floor has a hallway with closets that leads to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has spacious closets, en suite luxury bathroom with a tub and a balcony with stunning panoramic views of the sea....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
