Located on the third storey of an historic building located on one of the quaint cobbled streets close to the main square, you will find Le Maria Venezia. This charming little apartment oozes character and its elevated position ensures spectacular sea views. If you wish to be at the centre of the old town to soak up the colour and culture, to be within a few minute’s walk of cafes, restaurants, shops and, of course, the local beach, then Le Maria Venezia would serve as the perfect home from home on your stay in Corsica. Please note that due to the open staircase, the design of the mezzanine and sun terrace, this property is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Also please consider that parking is not possible outside apartment, however, there is parking provided at the nearby garage.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
