The property comprises two side-by-side cottages, Oak and Elm Cottage, that when renting the entire property, eight total individuals can sleep comfortably. The outdoor spaces of this luxury Texas Hill Country oasis and retreat are a real gem and a fantastic place to create unforgettable memories and spend quality time with loved ones, family, and friends after a long day of exploring Fredericksburg’s many wineries, shops, and restaurants. This property is ideal for families, couples, intimate weekend getaways, groups, intimate weddings and events, retreats, and special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays. Oak Cottage features a luxury farmhouse kitchen, cozy living room with Smart-TV, and two king suites, each harboring their own private full baths. The Elm Cottage features a private, intimate, and luxurious farmhouse studio with a king-sized bed, farmhouse soaking tub, walk-in shower, full kitchen, and Smart-TV. Furthermore, both cottages have their own outdoor decks and patios perfect for your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine or cocktail. *Grapetown Cottages does have WIFI; however it is not a strong connection and may be spotty. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you’d prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
