- The property requires exterior stairs to access. Although there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the walk-in level, additional interior stairs are required to access the upper levels. Additionally, 1 flight of stairs is required to access the beach, including going over a guard rail
- Due to low lake levels, guests are welcome to bring kayaks and life jackets to local boat launch areas if they cannot be used on-site
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located on the lower deck facing the back area of the home. Camera 3 and 4 are located on the main level deck facing the back area of the home.
