Once you open the front door, you’ll be welcomed by a gorgeous living room that offers seating for your whole group. The large couch and four love seats sit infront of a T.V., making for a perfect movie night spot! The first bedroom is adjacent to the living room. It offers a queen-sized bed, a T.V., and a spacious dresser.
Just behind the living room is the large kitchen, equipped with all the essentials and then some! Prepare a home-cooked meal with your group using the generous countertop space, and then serve it at the dining room table with seating for eight. The dining room table is next to the large windows with a view to the backyard, making it a bright and airy spot to enjoy the company of your friends and family.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
