The Home
As soon as you pass the gate, you will discover the view of the lagoon and its sailboats. The villa is below, protected from the street view. Two parking spaces await you with easy access for PMRs or baby strollers.
The entrance to the villa opens to the living room and infinity pool that blends into the lagoon waters.
The living room with its long tropical red wooden coffee table has a ceiling height of 5 meters, curved and flanked by two large Artemid suspensions. On the left is a lounge with a 50-inch TV, a Canal+ box with a hard drive. A grey lacquered wooden bookcase is furnished with art books, novels, decorative magazines and tourist information on the islands of Guadeloupe.
The kitchen open to the pool and living room is fully equipped for your comfort : American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, plancha, Nespresso machine, etc .

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
