Situated just outside of Lucca in the scenic Tuscan countryside, Villa Marie is an exquisite 18th-century property that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.
The villa boasts outstanding amenities, including two hectares of grounds with a swimming pool, a private lake, and various outdoor living areas, including themed gardens like the Art Garden and the Wedding Garden. Additionally, the property grows its own produce, such as organic vegetables, olive trees for extra-virgin olive oil, a kiwi pergola, and a lemon grove.
Inside the villa, traditional features blend with modern conveniences, such as an elevator, lounges on all three floors, and a spa area that includes a heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and treatment room.
Six guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, complete with king or queen-size beds, await visitors.
For larger groups, the guest house can accommodate up to six extra guests (18 guests in total) for an extra fee. It is not on the same level as the main villa and is better suited for teens or for staff traveling with the group.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
