This property’s outdoor oasis is genuinely an exceptional experience. You will love the perfect sunrises and sunsets and the gorgeous Starry Night Skies with your favorite beverage in hand! The interior is just as impressive as the outside, boasting a luxurious kitchen, bedrooms, jacuzzi bathrooms, and five large and private bedrooms that sleep up to 12 people! Its location is superb as it is just a short 10-minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg! This picturesque, private combo has five bedrooms with three king beds and two queen beds, four bathrooms, a full-sized outdoor pool bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a dining space, a living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Additionally, this combo includes a wine fridge and wet bar, a gorgeous grilling area, and an outdoor bar, perfect for entertaining a large group, while soaking in breathtaking views of The Texas Hill Country. This gorgeous property is planted and designated as a native Texas wildlife habitat that draws in many birds and pollinators such as butterflies and bees. Please Note: -The indoor fireplace is currently not available for use in the main house. -Wood for outdoor fireplace is not provided. -Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are serviced and cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may encounter the pool cleaning company if you have the home reserved during these times. -While Starry Night Main Haus and Casita is your entire private rental! Please note there are 3 smaller cottages on the property that may be rented during your stay. Easy Check-In Process We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you’d prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
