On The Beach Clubhouse is the perfect place to launch your paddle board or kayak. A wonderful water environment to explore!
Enjoy beautiful walking paths along the bay and boat marinas, including San Diego’s Famous Sport Fishing Marina.
This home is an easy bike ride to Liberty Station with dozens of restaurants and weekend festivals in the Park.
The Clubhouse is a two unit compound totaling 2300 sq ft. Perfect for families or couples getaways.
A two bedroom fully appointed house which sleeps 5 to 6 guests. Or a newly built fully appointed one bedroom home which sleeps 2 to 3 guests. Enjoy them separately or together for a maximum of 9 guests.
The property has convenient street parking and Wi-Fi. Also a washer dryer in the main house.
Like many coastal homes the two bedroom does not have air conditioning and utilizes space heaters for warmth. The one bedroom home does have central heat and air conditioning.

8 minutes to San Diego airport.
10 minutes to old town San Diego.
15 minutes to downtown San Diego Convention Center and
Gaslamp nightlife.
Unfortunately no pets allowed and no smoking inside or outside the property.

A little about the area:
La Playa is a bayfront neighborhood in the Point Loma community of San Diego, California. It is bordered by the San Diego Bay on the east, Naval Base Point Loma on the south, the Wooded Area neighborhood to the west and Point Loma Village/Roseville-Fleetridge to the north. It lies across a channel from Shelter Island.
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS BEACH CLUB!
On the Beach Clubhouse is 1 mile to three different supermarkets and historical Liberty Station. It is also 3 miles to the airport and a 10 minute drive to downtown San Diego. Rent bikes for a 3 mile waterside ride to the Maritime museum and ship displays. There are miles of picturesque walking environments and great restaurants at the water’s edge.
The famous San Diego Zoo and magnificent Balboa Park are only a 15 minute drive. Cabrillo National Park, Fort Rosecrans and the Lighthouse at Point Loma are also 10 minutes away as is the Nazarene University. Our famous So-Cal beach communities are a short 10 minute drive. For more fun visit our nation’s oldest wooden roller coaster on Mission beach at Belmont Park.
You are also near Shoreline Park, Point Loma Nazarene University, and Point Loma Community Park, so beautiful open spaces for walking and exploring are also easily available.

This 2-bedroom home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning and utilizing space heaters for warmth, but the 1-bedroom does have central heat and air conditioning (AC).
This “Clubhouse” sleeps 7 comfortably in beds with a maximum of 9 occupants. One of the king bedrooms is on the 1st floor, so it is ideal for those who cannot easily navigate stairs.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Property Manager CA.
