Dripping Springs Ritz on Old Fitz is situated on two acres in the Dripping Springs Historic District, which puts you within walking distance to restaurants, bars and more! The property is one of the original homes in the downtown area and has been updated, but has not lost its country charm.
This single level home offers 2,200 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests.
You’ll enter the home through the front door stepping directly into living room. The main living area also offers the kitchen and dining room. The entire space is accented by high wood-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of natural light.
Adjacent to the living room is a bonus/game room that offers a pool table and bistro style table and chairs. There’s also a fun game table for card game and poker enthusiasts.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
