The apartment is suitable for two people. There is a large space for bicycle storage. The structure has complete coverage with stable internet signal up to 50 mpbs. Public car park nearby a few steps from the structure. The house is very close to the main services of Maccagno: supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bus stop, train station with trains to Milan and the main Lombardy exhibition centers and tourist port, from where boats leave for all the main towns on Lake Maggiore (Cannero, Cannobio, Locarno, Ascona, Arona, Stresa, Borromean Islands). The main markets to visit are the one in Luino on Wednesdays and the one in Cannobio on Sundays. In the surrounding area there are several public spaces for free parking. Once you arrive at the house, you will have access to the common area on the ground floor and the spacious cellar on the rock dedicated to the separate collection of the apartment. You can also store your bikes in the common area on the ground floor inside the house. Guests will be welcomed personally for the delivery of keys (also self check-in possible).
