The amazing large Elite Villa is located in the low hills behind the village of Argaka, just above the coast, and is surrounded by pine exceptional villa boasts 360 degree views across the bay of Polis and the Akamas Peninsula to the west, and as far as Pomos to the east.
You can walk and relax by the sea using the long (4km aprox) pedestrian pathway, found in a distance of 4-5min drive to the north of the seaside from the pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo).
An endless choice of terraces and balconies surround the villa and the over-sized infinity Heated Private Pool (heating charge extra) and heatable whirlpool/Jacuzzi section (heating at extra charge) are perfectly placed to enjoy the wonderful views. The villa boasts children’s pool, pool Whirlpool/jacuzzi, gym and sauna, which provide the quests with the unique opportunity for personal relaxation. It also offer Billiard and table tennis table and free internet access (wifi)
The villa offers the Air Condition, Vrv central system, (heat and cold) included in the rental cost.

Ground floor: Entrance hall. Living room with dining bedroom (no 1), Guest Wc. Double bedroom (no 2) with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bedroom (no 3) with en suite shower room. All rooms on the ground floor have access to terraces.
First floor: Master double bedroom (no 4) with sitting area and en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, leading to huge bedroom (no 5) with en suite shower room,also leading out to the private terrace.
Lower ground floor (access by internal Staircase):double bedroom with an additional single bed (no 6), with en suite shower room. Games room and spa/gym area.

A beautiful spot for a villa holiday, Polis is just inland from the coast and has a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to while away the hours. From here, you’re within easy reach of Latchi or Argaka, both with sandy beaches and beachside tavernas, and enjoy a holiday game of golf at Tsada Golf Course, just 30 minutes’ drive from your Polis villa.
