The open plan living area is provided with a large Smart TV, L-shaped leather sofa-bed (with a queen-size mattress), an 8-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. The half-bathroom and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are located at the entrance corridor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and relax during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This unit provides you with 1,950 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and four flat screens Smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
