PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The Golf Deluxe View Three-bedroom villa is an amazing vacation rental villa within the Resort & Golf, Aruba’s premier golf community. Featuring an 18-hole championship golf course, the desert golf course layout really combines the island elements of wind, sea, and earth to provide a truly Caribbean experience for golfers of all levels. The resort is located only a few minute’s drive from the popular Arashi Beach and Malmok area, a great area for snorkeling. Also, just a few minute’s drive away, is the touristic area of Palm beach with several casinos, watersports activities, beach bars, shopping choices, dining delights, and nightlife entertainments. This spacious 2-level villa has a well-furnished outdoor haven completed with a private swimming pool, a covered seating area, a BBQ-grill with an outdoor dining table, an outdoor shower, and chaise lounges to enjoy the Aruban sunny weather throughout the year. The living area features a fully equipped open kitchen with 4-bar seats, an 8-seat dining table, a 3-seat sofa set plus chairs, a large TV, a half bathroom, and surrounded views of the outdoor terrace. Adjacent to the living room, there is a separate room with a (queen-size) sofa-bed that can be closed off at night for an extra 2 guests. Also located downstairs, is the third bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, and a balcony with scenic views of the island and ocean, with views all the way to the high-rise-hotel area of Palm Beach. The master ensuite bathroom is completed with a soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, a built-in closet, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, on the second floor, there is a desk zone on the landing area of the staircase. Air Conditioning in the living area and in each bedroom, a code-lock safety box, free Wi-Fi at the villa, and four cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom) are all available for your comfort.
