Duva is a perfect location in the Bay of Banderas- just a 5 minute ride from the chic Marina Vallarta district, walking distance to the great Galerias Vallarta shopping mall and Walmart for groceries, and a 10 minute car ride into Old Town. The Duva building overlooks the cruise terminal from which you can enjoy sunsets highlighting the bay, mountain ranges to the south, and the estuary to the north. Just a 10-minute drive to the airport and a 5 minute ride from the chic Marina Vallarta district, walking distance to the great Galerias Vallarta shopping mall; and for longer trips you can easily take a ride through Uber or other ride hailing apps.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in the reservation. We have liability insurance that covers all of our registered guests, any guest not registered will not be covered by our insurance, and Property Manager cannot be considered liable.
  • 2. All guests shall respect neighbors' rights and space, shall not engage in any illegal activities, and shall maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 3. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 4. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. A special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.
  • 5. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 6. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.
  • 7. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.
