Welcome to the Columbus Classic, a 3 Bedroom brick house in the heart of downtown Columbus! Nestled on a quiet cobblestone street, the Classic is just 1 block away from High Street in the iconic bustling Short North and sleeps up to 9 people. Explore the shops and eateries downtown, and then step into a cozy 3-bedroom home and oasis. Amenities include a private 6-person spa, garage parking, bath robes, and top of the line bedding with Helix mattresses. Just minutes from downtown Columbus, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and German Village!
The Space:
The Columbus Classic is in the heart of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet cobblestone street. You will find parking in the garage behind our house for 1 car, and additional parking may be available on the street in front.
The home is a stunning Victorian era brick home that has been redesigned and appointed to be a great choice for your short term stay in Columbus. We have an inviting porch appointed with a bench for warmer days, which leads you inside to our living room ready for your favorite movie or a game night with Columbus Classic provided games. Enjoy ample natural light, and plenty of space to enjoy catching up with family and friends. Our large dining table seats up to 8 for a home cooked meal or takeout from one of many local highly rated restaurants. The kitchen is complete with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, and is stocked ready for the chefs in your group to cook a dinner together.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, as well as a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a King and mounted television, Bedroom 2 features a Queen and mounted television, and Bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed with a twin bunk on top. We provide a high quality air mattress for larger groups. Our full bathroom has an all new vanity, and a walk-in shower.
In-unit laundry machines and supplies for our guests to use are located in the basement.
Walkable nearby dinner spots include Rossi, Ampersand, Arch City Tavern, The Eagle, and so much more. Northstar Cafe breakfast burritos and buttermilk biscuits are a short walk across the street!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire property, including parking in the 1-car garage.

The Property Manager hosting team is a full time crew of professionals that work together to provide an excellent experience for our guests. We are out and about all the time helping guests, and we are thrilled when we get a chance to help make someone’s trip special. Just reach out at anytime!

This property is in the Short North (a highly desirable area near downtown), conveniently located near many attractions and great restaurants. The Short North is a great walkable neighborhood with over 50 bars and restaurants along the High Street corridor. We are surrounded by beautifully restored historic homes, and great city parks such as Goodale Park!

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
