It’s has a great Istrian and Toscan character and charm that extends trough whole property. Villa features four separate bedrooms , two with comfortable double beds and 2 with single beds. Two bathrooms with showers with washing machine are also on your disposal. Spacious living room with large sofa and interior fireplace will give you a dose of intimacy and home warmth. Living room can also accommodate 2 extra guests on sleeping sofa. From living room you can overlook a new and fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. And balcony plus spacious terrace will guarantee you a perfect evenings with glass of quality Istrian wine while watching a sunsets. Exterior of the Villa features covered terrace with dinning table that offers view of the pool. A comfortable lounge corner set, barbecue area and sun loungers are also near the spacious, refreshing pool. For the guests there is also a tennis court and children’s playground ( shared with other villas). Sat-TV, Wi-Fi, A/C and parking space are free for use to the guests of the Villa.
