Brand new villa has settled in the nature in a small village so you can have a peaceful vacation. It is best for 8 to 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and additinal double sofa bed in the living room. IKt has 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. On the ground floor you will find fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, game room, one double bedroom, one bathroom and one toilet. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. In the garden you will find terrace with seating area, private pool with sun loungers and parasol , playground for children and outdoor kitchen and additional toilet. there is also a free parking space available for 3 cars. Whole property is fully covered in A/C units with total of 6. Also there is a free WIFI connection. The property is fully fenced. One smalol well behaved dog is welcome. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
