The Home
The villa accommodates up to 16 people who are allowed a luxurious stay and use of all facilities. The villa has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. All devices and the entire interior are quality and new. In addition to the spaciousness that will leave you breathless, we are sure that the outdoor area with the pool will be ideal for refreshment during the hot summer months. For added comfort, there is a Finnish sauna, a heated pool and a whirlpool accompanied by a beautiful sun terrace. For the youngest there is a children’s pool of 9 m2, but also additional children’s facilities. There are also 8 bicycles on offer, and the place itself has well-maintained bike paths. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
