Brand new Villa Marinic with private pool, entertainment room and handcrafted wooden furniture is best for 10-12 guests in five double bedrooms (four with en suite bathroom) and double sofa bed in the living room. It has total of six shower bathrooms. Whole property area is set on high ground floor. Modern open plan kitchen with dining area and contemporary living room will inspire many together crafted dishes and relaxed conversations. It is fully eqipped with all apliances that you will need such as oven, dishwasher, induction hop, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is also a handcrafted chess table. In the entertainment room you will find pool table, table tennis, darts and Playstation if you seek some indoor fun. Whole property is designed for complete enjoyment and hedonism. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and seating area and children’s playground with trampoline, swing set and sand box and large swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Whole area is covered with WIFI signal and has 6 A/C units. There are five parking spaces available on the property.
