Come stay at the radiant Sunny Southern Manse! This 1800’s classic home has been updated to allow guests to comfortably enjoy the historic Southern charm the large home has to offer. Watch the leaves change in the Fall and the flowers bloom in the Spring from the porch swing and rocking chairs. This home is a just a short stroll away from the inviting Columbus downtown area. For all of the military families visiting the area, the home is only a quick and easy 15 minute drive to Fort Benning!
The Space:
This spacious home is a true gem in the historic downtown area. The home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, making it the perfect place to gather and enjoy all that Columbus has to offer. Two fully stocked kitchens make entertaining and enjoying time with guests a breeze. Gather around our two large TV’s to enjoy a sporting event or a board game night with friends.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
