Welcome to the Retro Pad where the past meets the present. This renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bath split-level is conveniently located in the heart of Madison. We have comfortable beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, and we are pet friendly with a fee. Enjoy our large yard, patio, and above-ground pool! Make yourself at home and enjoy! P.S. The Space:
The Retro Pad comfortably sleeps 12 guests. This is a split-level home with two bedrooms and one bath in the basement, and three bedrooms and one bath on the third floor.
Main Level: The living room boasts a comfy couch and two arm chairs so everyone can sit around and chat. There is also a 4-seater table in case any sports fans can’t break away from the action during meals. On the opposite wall is a desk perfect for catching up on some work. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
