No one wants to be in the middle of a hornets nest unless it’s here! This amazing home is across the street from University of Lynchburg campus and serves as the perfect base camp for any sport’s game day activities. Planning a family get away?
The Space:
This house has a downstairs unit which is the main part of the house and sleeps up to 16 people, with a giant kitchen and tons of cooking essentials to prepare any home cooked meal you can enjoy with friends and family. The upstairs unit is occupied by a separate tenant. Rainy day? Hang out in the living room and watch your favorite Netflix show on our Roku Smart TV. Have fun playing games: Apples to Apples, Chess, Checkers, and cards. Games not what you are looking for? No worries, we have puzzles, chalkboard for drawing, and if you’re looking for a good book to read, we have those too! Any occasion, this house is here to fit any needs you may have.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
