The Stairway leads you to the two spacious bedrooms on the top floor, which both fit with queen-sized beds. The large glass windows offer a perfect spot to sit by and sip an evening drink after you return laden with unusual and delightful wares from the Anjuna flea markets. Watch the fireflies glow in the landscaped garden and inhale the heady smell of fragrant blossoms. La Risa is your little oasis away from the big city bustle, allowing you to rejuvenate as you reconnect with nature. Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms - The 2 rooms have a queen-sized bed in each - Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms - Wardrobes are available in all the rooms Living Room: - The living area is welcoming and offers comfortable seating options - The dining table is suitable for 5 guests - Living area is completely air-conditioned. Bathrooms: - The villa has 2 attached washrooms (one in each room) - The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply - Toiletries are provided including towels Kitchen: - The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - The kitchen is attached to the living room Exteriors: - The pool is located outside the villa - Parking is available outside the gated community Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners/and heavy electrical equipments won’t work on backup power supply. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
