The American Retreat provides an ideal respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Our perfect 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom larger unit of a two unit home sleeps 16 people! With a picturesque size open field in the back of the home, you can enjoy throwing the pigskin or playing out in the yard. Further, there are 3 seating locations outside to enjoy the neighborhood. Inside, you can enjoy our 50-inch Roku TV with endless entertainment options.
The Space:
As you walk from the driveway to the entrance, you will reach the patio. There is a bench and two chairs out front, as well as a small table with a barbecue grill. To your left, you will reach the rear entrance of the house that has a digital lock, type in the 4 digit code and door will open.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
