Welcomed by the large living space with glass panes on the entire side that overlooks the stunning view, the villa is filled with luxurious decor and is accustomed to those with the finest taste in style and design. The passageway leads to 1 bedroom with a spacious balcony and a stairway leading to the 2 bedrooms below. The living room has a theatre room with leather couch seating and access to the open-air lounge. The lounge has facilities for an evening cocktail party and watching the sky turn dark. The large garden is complemented by manicured lawns, fruit trees, and flowering plants. Besides the private pool is the large gazebo that turns into a dazzling AC lounge in the evening - perfect for a night of entertaining and intimate celebrations. The outdoor bedrooms are located behind the gazebo and provide a hotel-like feeling with their pristine white walls and classic layout.

Anjuna is a laid-back coastal village on the Arabian Sea in Goa, southwest India. Anjuna Beach, a sandy cove dotted with palms and black rocks, was a well-known destination among hippies in the 1960s. Today it’s known for its electronic music trance parties. Each Wednesday, a sprawling flea market sells handicrafts, jewelry and food. North of the beach is St. Anthony’s Chapel, an old church with a whitewashed facade.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- There are occasional power cuts in Goa. We have a power backup available at the villa to suffice basic needs. Air conditioners won’t work on backup power supply.
- A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
