The enormous 4bhk villa is complemented by subtle gold accents and deep blue decor that reflects the sparkling open-to-sky pool by the patio.
Illuminated by natural light pouring through the windows, the living room is a breezy and vibrant affair - ideal to retire to while on vacation. The glamorous dining area provides an intimate space for coming together over a meal, with views of the pool and endless greens in the distance. Dark wood flooring and furnishings contrast against the neutral walls and soft textures, creating chic yet cozy spaces throughout the villa. Original details like the pendant lamps hanging on either side of your bed or large French doors leading you to the walkway around the villa invites you to unwind and enjoy your time away from the buzz of the city.

- Located on the first floor with outdoor and indoor access
- Exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable seating options
- Large flatscreen TV with sound system
- The dining table can seat 8 people
- The living room opens to the poolside patio and lounge
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 4 attached washrooms in the bedrooms
Kitchen:
- There is a large modern kitchen with cooking equipment
- Utensils and cutlery is provided at the villa
Note : Kitchen is not accessible to the guest however cook can be arranged at an additional cost.
Exteriors:
- The villa is located in a gated community
- There is a patio with lounge chairs
- There is a private garden and a common garden with the connecting villa
- Dedicated parking space is available with security
Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
Parking is situated outside the gated community. The villa is a ~3 minute walk from the gate.
I won’t be personally present at the property, but will be a call away for any kind of help. Our trained caretaker is available at the property to help you with any concerns and to make your stay comfortable. We have also have a stay manager available on call.
The village of Parra is home to the infamous Parra Coconut Tree road - a picturesque lane made famous by the numerous Bollywood movies filmed at it. With close proximity to popular restaurants and easy access to the city, the location is ideal for those inclined to explore the vicinity during their stay.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
Note : As per the society rules, only families and mixed groups are allowed.
The villa is filled with artifacts and delicate decor. All furnishing is steamed, sanitized, and maintained to standard before and after a guest’s stay.
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
The villa has a full power backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa.
- A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is permitted only with a prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
