Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has a full power backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa. - A Security deposit of Rs 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally.
