Newly built and constructed with custom details and quality craftsmanship, this cabin is optimally located 6 miles from downtown Boone, 15 minutes from Appalachian State University and all of its athletic venues. It is convenient to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and all the High Country offers. Downtown Banner Elk is less than 30 miles, with numerous popular attractions to explore on the way. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, the Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course, and Wilderness Run Alpine outdoor roller coaster are 20 miles. Grandfather Mountain and its famous Profile Hiking Trails are about 16 miles.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
