Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- NO SMOKING in the house, and preferably not on the property as smoke travels. Extra cleaning charges can be applied for smoke smell in the house.
- DO NOT PARK on the road, as you risk being towed at owners/renters expense. Park only in designated areas.
- NO PARTIES allowed at the property.
- Do not tamper with door locks; if your code is not working, give us a call.
- MAXIMUM occupants in the property is the number of guests listed on the reservation.
- All guests need to abide by the “Good Neighbor Policy.” Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. We know you’re on vacation, but the neighborhood has a lot of residents.
- If the property has a pool/hot tub, DO NOT adjust equipment without consent. Pool equipment is very expensive, and guests will be held responsible for damaged equipment. Call for instructions.
- Bicycles are for guest use. Please lock up bikes when unattended with provided lock. Code is 1229.
- Primary renter must be 25 years of age. Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult on the property at all times.
- No commercial photography or videography allowed of any of our properties without written consent.
- No PETS unless otherwise specified.
- IF ANYTHING BREAKS; we understand accidents happen, let us know so we can make the property whole for the next guests.
- IF ANYTHING SPILLS; and you can’t clean it up properly, please contact us right away.
- Please enjoy the beautiful Turkish Towels provided during your stay. They are lightweight and great for the beach. If you would like to purchase new ones for your own home, please reach out to us directly!
