A Spanish Eclectic home with 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor has a bedroom with a Full sized bed and a comfy sleeper sofa in the family room. There are also spacious bedrooms on both the 2nd and the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor, the Primary Bedroom has a King sized bed as well as a sleeper for keeping children close-by. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, separate shower and double vanities. It also offers a private balcony with Western views facing Ole River and Ono Island. Bedroom 2 also has a King sized bed and a sleeper for a child or a teen. Bedroom 3 has 2 full sized bunk beds. The 3rd floor also offers a sleeping nook with a daybed and trundle.
The first floor is a terrific, open floorplan with a dream kitchen, large island, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, modern appliances and plenty of seating for dining or board games. There is a large television in the family room and also televisions in every bedroom. Bring your game console to play games after a day of fun in the sun.
Don’t forget there is a neighborhood pool for when you are finished with the beach for the day. The beach is only a couple of minutes down the sidewalk. It’s 3/4 mile to Public Beach Access #1 with convenient restrooms and a shower, close enough to run back to the house if you forget your sunscreen. Arborgate is in the heart of Perdido Key and just around the corner from some very popular restaurants with spectacular sunset views. There is a public kayak launch across River Road and boat rentals available at Holiday Harbor. The Gate-Away is located between Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach so great shopping, an outlet mall and even more restaurants and great attractions are a short drive away.
