Beautiful vacation home with great proximity to one of Hilton Head’s best beaches. This home has a beautiful open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout the home with a very large private master bedroom wing. Outside summer kitchen for everyone to enjoy and one of the largest pools you will see on the island.
Entering this home you will first notice the pool table in the foyer. A great entertainment piece for your family. The dining room is off to the right and has a wood table that seats six. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a 5-burner gas stove. There are four stools at the island for guests to keep the chef company while they prepare meals. In the walk-in kitchen pantry there is a wine cooler. Down the hall is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Then you have the large master suite with a king bed, a daybed with trundle, and a 55” mounted TV. The sliding glass doors lead you out to the outside kitchen and pool deck. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in closet, double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
In the living room is a beige sectional couch, two chairs with ottomans and a mounted 75” TV with sound bar. Sliding glass doors open to a covered outdoor kitchen area with ceiling fan, Sedona gas grill, mini fridge, mounted 50” TV with sound bar and a round fire pit table with four seats. The very large, private pool is a great place to relax in the sun. The gorgeous landscaping creates the privacy you want. The pool deck has two lounge chairs, and another gas grill.
Back inside to the left of the entrance is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Down the hall are the three guest bedrooms. The first room has a queen bed and 32” mounted TV. The second room has a king bed and 32” mounted TV. The final room has a king bed, bench seat and mounted 32” TV. The sliding doors lead to the outside pool deck. This room has a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Coligny Plaza, Hilton Head Island’s downtown area, is located only 9 blocks from the home offering shopping, dining, groceries, the local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and entertainment, there is something for everyone in your party. The home is located only steps from the bike path with over 55 miles of bike paths to explore on this pristine island.
