There is access from this room to the spacious garage which has an extra refrigerator. Also located off the kitchen is one of two screened porches that offers a large outdoor dining table with seating for 10 and leads out to the back deck! As you head up the stairwell to the 2nd floor, at the top there is a balcony-like hallway that you can see the downstairs living area. To the left you have a private guest room with a queen bed. new carpeting, TV and private bathroom with shower. To the right you will find two more guest rooms each with their own private bathroom. One room features two full beds and the other offers a king bed. Both rooms have SMART TV’s and new carpeting. The most beautiful view is from the back of the house out to the pool and the lush 13th fairway of the Atlantic Dunes Course that is nothing short of breath-taking!
