Awesome & brand new apartement located just next to Plaza Mayor (2 min) and Puerta del Sol (6 min), the heart of Madrid city center. Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots).
The apartment is located in a second floor without lift, but wide stairs. It consists of a nice living/ dining room which adjoins an open plan kitchen fully equipped. The bedroom is furnished with 140 x 200 double size bed. There is also one bathroom totally furnished too.
Centrally located flat with 100% natural sunlight (interior but lighted and quiet). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
The apartment is tastefully decorated.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- Arrival out of schedule: 40 EUR per booking.
- - Pets are not allowed.
