An idyllic refuge in the quiet Tuscan hills sitting 13 km above the beach resort of Viareggio, Villa Giovannino is neatly designed but overflowing with character, with spectacular views across the forest-covered valleys. There is a terrace by the rear entrance overlooking a blissful garden with plants and trees and a pergola with sliding glass doors and an open/close roof option, furthermore, it includes an external/Internal open plan dining and living room. This area is adjacent to the kitchen, making al fresco dining a breeze.
The ground floor is occupied by a spacious open plan lounge-diner and kitchen area, complete with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and a decorative fireplace. A useful white marble cooking island stands in the kitchen area, and unique and tasteful artworks adorn the walls. The kitchen is also equipped with a large fridge-freezer. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
