The main villa offers a lovely al-fresco dining area and outdoor lounge that take full advantage of its beautifully thought-out and maintained garden, and its proximity to one of Chianti’s oldest hamlets, Vertine. Indeed, the Mondrian-style sunshade over one section of terrace frames a view of the town across a wooded hillside.
This property is a fabulous place for parties of up to 8 to share and will be enjoyed equally by groups of extended family or friends. The house is a spacious accommodation with a private pool and jacuzzi nearby. There are a wide variety of delightful spots for enjoying a good book or a drink - or both - in the shade and in the sun. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
