The primary bedroom is located just off the living room, offering an en suite bath and laundry center. The other two bedrooms, are accessed by an interior spiral staircase or the external stairs. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. Note: for safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided. • A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap are provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs. • Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods: toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels, extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray.
