This two-story home sits among the evergreens in Timberline Rim, a community nestled alongside the Sandy River. You’ll be close to all sorts of outdoor activities, including the Sandy Ridge Trail System (two miles) and the famous Three Nines Golf Course (six miles). For skiing, take your pick between Skibowl (15 miles), Timberline Lodge (22 miles), and Mt. Hood Meadows (27 miles).
In this lovely plot of evergreen forest, you’ll have wonderful outdoor spaces where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. Bring your morning coffee out to the rocking chairs on the front porch, and end each night with s’mores and stories around the firepit in the yard.
