Newly renovated and so close to everything! Conveniently located off of Interstate 20, this property is 1 mile from Uptown, the Convention Center, and Protective Life Stadium. UAB and Samford University are both less than 5 miles away. This rental is composed of two separate apartments. Both of the units have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and can sleep 4 guests each! We provide everything you need to have a great stay in Birmingham!
The Space:
Welcome to The Bricks, Apartment 1 & 2! Both units have a very similar layout. As you enter, you will find yourself in the living room with dining nook. The fully equipped kitchen is just off the living space. Down the hall you will find both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom features a king size bed and large SmartTV. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
