The Home
Two large homes on the same street, & only 10 minutes to Benning. Comfortably sleep 21 with 8x BRs and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, including 2x King Suites. Both houses have fully equipped eat-in kitchens, grills, dining rooms, living rooms, GAME ROOMS, and laundry rooms! All of this is in a quiet residential community. Pets welcome! Plenty of parking! Both houses have 50" TVs in living room w/ Roku and WiFi. All linens and toiletries included! Perfect for families who want to be close...but not too close!
The Space:
Both houses are newer builds! After hosting over 2,000 guests in other properties around Columbus and Fort Benning, we realized that while some people love old historic homes, others prefer the comfort and ease of a modern house. We partnered with a builder to build these brand homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! They were just completed in March 2019!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
