Welcome to your vacation home at the beach! We hope that you have the BEST time here.
We have tried to think of everything that would make your stay extremely comfortable.
The home is spacious and has an open floor plan downstairs, making it easy to relax and entertain. The kitchen is well equipped for any level of talent - whether you just want to make a coffee in the morning or prepare all your meals. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of natural light and windows that open for the fresh ocean breeze.
The location is perfect with most things within walking distance, including Crescent Park, the indoor pool, and the tennis and basketball courts. The hiking and biking trails are all easily accessible from our home. It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach is just a few minutes from the porch. Our house borders on a greenbelt which provides some privacy to the back of the home.

Best Times Beach House is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- On extremely rare occasions, use of carriage house, located above the garage, by owner may occur. You will always have exclusive access to the entire house, driveway, front and back porches, hot tub and fire pit.
- Best Times Beach House has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in Best Times Beach House. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
