Clients are greeted to a modern entrance hall with a staircase leading up to the first floor and into the comfortable lounge area. The lounge area is spacious and is divided into two different sitting areas. The first space is spacious, comfortable and features a wood-burning fireplace perfect to relax and perhaps read a book, the sliding doors lead to the patio and pool. The second sitting area is cosier and features a flat-screen TV, ideal to enjoy a movie and spend some quality time in family.      The adjacent kitchen, where the black colour has the spotlight, is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, fridgefreezer and breakfast bar.
