Please note: This property only allows family bookings. South Carvan View is a beautiful and brand new, four bedroom holiday home sleeping nine located in Tavernspite, Pembrokeshire. You enter South Carvan View into the utility room and then the large open planned kitchen, living and dining area. The modern kitchen boasts everything needed to cook for you and your guests including a dishwasher and Smeg appliances. The spacious living area offers multiple seating for you to kick back in-front of the ultra large smart TV and fire place. The large dining table sits in the middle of the space offering seating for all guests. Just off the hallway on the ground floor you will find the first of the four bedrooms with a King sized bed and en-suite bathroom made up of a full size walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
