46 Lands End is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Sea Pines Resort property located in the highly desirable Lands End community near South Beach Marina. This Cape Cod style duplex, which is in a cul-de-sac, offers magnificent views of the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove. You can even see the famous red and white striped Hilton Head lighthouse off in the distance.
As you walk in, to the left, is a granite top mini bar with a wine fridge. With the complete renovation came all new décor and the subtle, classic, chic coastal theme is gorgeous with all of the natural sunlight in this villa. Hues of light blue, sea foam, and other warm tones mimic the colors of the ocean and sand and are beautifully paired with simple patterns and ocean motifs. There are light hardwood floors throughout the main level and an open concept so you can see the water from each room. The living room has ample seating with a sofa, recliner, reading chair, two swivel rocker chairs and a 55” TV with sound bar mounted over the fireplace.
Just behind the living area is the kitchen that has beautiful granite topped counters and all new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and Frigidaire refrigerator. There are three seats at the countertop offering a perfect place for appetizers and a glass of wine. The dining area is off the kitchen and has a dark wooden table with 8 chairs that will be the perfect place to enjoy your meal with a wonderful view beyond you. Even better, you can spend some time in the screened-in porch after dinner when it cools off a bit. It has a sofa, two swivel rockers, rocking chair and two additional chairs. Six steps down is a large sundeck with built-in benches, a large table that seats six, and a Weber gas grill. Soak up the sun watching the boats and kayakers pass by and watch the dolphins playing in the surf.
On the main level is a lovely bedroom with a beautiful blue theme, king sized bed, accent chair and 43” mounted TV. This room has a private bath with a single, granite top vanity and walk-in shower. The second level of this delightful duplex has two carpeted bedrooms plus the washer and dryer. To the left of the stairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, accent chair and a 43” TV. Light and airy with 3 tall windows, there’s plenty of sunshine. A private bath has a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom, which is to the right of the staircase, has a king size bed, accent chair and 43” TV. It also has a phenomenal panoramic view of the tranquil Braddock Cove and the Harbour Town Lighthouse. The private bath has a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.
The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. With just a short walk or bike ride to South Beach Marina, guests can find restaurants, shops, water activities, and nightly entertainment. With its tranquil setting and stunning views of both the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove, 46 Lands End is the perfect family getaway.
