The entire property has been fully renovated. The unit has brand new furnishings throughout, 65” smart TV in the living room & 55” smart TV in the bedroom both with the latest Amazon fire sticks, new major appliances, fully appointed kitchen, full size double door fridge with ice maker/ filtered water, wireless fiber internet and a triple filtered water faucet in the kitchen. The unit also has its own brand-new washer and dryer to make things that much easier while you stay. Newly installed tankless hot water on demand so you always have Hot water in the shower! We have just added new upgraded solar panels that provide the entire property with all the power you need in each unit. You will enjoy the views from the newly installed roof top terrace along with private ground floor patio off the kitchen area to sit back and enjoy your coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon.
Guests will have full and private access to this main floor guest house. You can enjoy the sitting area by the front door or the full private /fenced in back patio off the kitchen complete with Bbq. We have just added access to the fully covered roof top to go enjoy 360 views of the lake and mountains day and night.
This is a self-check-in property. We are available to assist via messaging on the app, texting, or by phone until 10pm.
Situated in the heart of San Antonio you are steps away from amazing restaurants, shops and even Wal Mart. Located less than 10 min from Ajiijc and 5 min from Chapala and you will enjoy so much even within walking distance from the house. We even have the bus right out the front door and a fresh market right across the street. If you would like to visit San Antonio square it is 2 blocks away and the Carretera is 1/2 block up the street.
We have on-site parking options, safe street parking right in front and the bus is right out the front door.
Centrally located steps from the Carretera and all major busses right at the front door making your stay that much easier to enjoy the entire lakeside area.
The house is equipped with the latest and best whole house water filtration system providing the cleanest and safest water which includes : Water softener filter , charcoal filter, sediment filter, salt filter Ultra violet light filter combined with the same smaller system in each kitchen giving you the best water available .
