The Home
Our updated home is divided into 2 apartments. Apt. A is located on the upper level and offers our guests two bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. Enjoy not 1 but 2 decks where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful trees, which provide privacy in the summer and gorgeous color in the fall. On the lower level, you will find apt. B, which offers one bedroom, a full bath with shower, a large living room, kitchenette with microwave and griddle, and washer and dryer. We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
For unit A, Guests will need to navigate a set of stairs to reach the apartment’s private entrance on the upper level of our home. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book, and the mature trees offer privacy and tranquility. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
