Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • HOUSEKEEPING: Exit cleaning is included with your stay, however you would like additional housekeeping services (that are available for a fee), please contact customer support.
  • SUPPLIES: This property provides a wonderful starter kit for your arrival (it normally lasts our guests 2-3 days, depending on your group size). Please keep in mind that once these items run out you will have to replenish them for the remainder of your stay. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby Foodland grocery or Malama Market. Supplies include: Dish soap, Hand soap, Paper towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Body Wash, and Shampoo.
  • HOUSE RULES:
  • 1) Do not leave trash outside the unit. Take all trash to the dumpsters outside near the guest parking area.
  • 2) Keep the parking pass in your vehicle dash at all times. See the security office if you need a replacement. Park only in the stall labeled for your unit.
  • 3) No smoking/vaping or pets allowed on the property. REMOVE SHOES and RINSE OFF SAND before entering the home.
  • 4) Turn off AC units and fans when not in the room.
  • 5) Shake sand from items before placing in the washer. Please clean dryer filter after each use.
  • 6) Do not take white bath towels outside. Use colorful beach towels provided for the beach.
  • 7) Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes on.
  • 8) If you accidentally break anything during your stay, please be sure to give us a call or leave a note so that we know to repair or replace it.
  • 9) We do use professional pest control, however, keeping the countertops tidy and keeping loose food items in the fridge will help keep most of them at bay.
  • 10) QUIET TIMES are 8:00 pm to 8:00 am. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please keep noise in outside areas to a minimum. Noise violations by law enforcement are grounds for immediate termination of your lease.
  • Please note: The electric breaker box is located in the kitchen closet. The emergency water shut-off is located outside the front door (green box with a cover). If you use this, please call security as it shuts off water to the entire building.
