UNIT LAYOUT:
While most of the unit looks out over the stocked lagoon and Mt. Buffalo, the beautiful views from Mount Royal will be the first thing you see flooding the Master Bedroom. Close to all Summit County ski resorts in winter (see below for drive times). In the summer the lagoon right outside of the unit is privately stocked for your fishing enjoyment, and we provide a tandem bicycle you can take on the trails that link directly to the condo complex. The home is large for a one bedroom (approx. 970 sq. ft.), has two balconies, Gas Grill, heated two car garage, and sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and queen sofa bed in the living room. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
