Welcome to Sparky’s Retreat! Our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bedroom home has everything you need to make your stay in the Rocket City great! We have plush couches and cozy beds for you to relax on after a long day, a spacious backyard with a rustic barn to create a perfect ambiance for those cool fall nights, a fully-equipped kitchen and two living spaces for you and your guests to hang out in! We’re conveniently located in Huntsville, so we’re 10 mins to downtown, Mid-City, Bridgestreet, Alabama A&M and UAH! We can’t wait to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter the house through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, the front living room will welcome you into the home where you’ll find oversize couch and chair. To the left is rest of the living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Parties not allowed.
