Nestled in a residential neighborhood, our fully-furnished home has everything needed to be your home away from home. A fully-equipped kitchen, off street parking, onsite laundry, spacious bedrooms, free Wifi, and pet friendly with a fee! Located 3 miles from grocery stores and restaurants, 6 miles from downtown, and 12 miles to Fort Campbell. Pets are welcome with a fee.
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, our split-level home offers you the option to head up or downstairs. Upstairs you will find an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room, you will find a beautiful (decorative only!) fireplace and is the space is furnished with a comfy couch, arm chair with ottoman, and a large SmartTV.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
